I am quite the fan of the old Hubble eye in the sky myself. Those millions spent on treating its degenerative defects seem fairly well spent, all things considered.

I am far too old now to dream of becoming an astronaut when I grow up, and my son has shown only a nominal interest in becoming a space cadet.
